A Culinary Delight with Room for Improvement
The dining experience was a highlight, especially the Thanksgiving dinner at Silks with an excellent ambiance and superb service from Karim. However, the room could have matched the quality. An upgrade to the coffee machine was a hassle, though the lagoon view was stunning. Overall, a mixed bag worth considering.

Perfect match for a lightning stop in Muharraq with good price-value balance. The Friday brunch offers a wide range of delicious seafood that's hard to resist. Opt for a room away from the noisy areas on weekends.

Exceptional service and fantastic amenities
I recently enjoyed a wonderful 6-night stay in a Superior Twin Room. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially Mohammed Taqi at the reception, who made our arrival feel very special. I was particularly impressed by the spa services. I had an amazing experience that left me feeling rejuvenated. The only downside was the location, as it's a bit isolated from local attractions, but the hotel itself offers plenty to enjoy.

The hotel features an impressive pool area that feels like a retreat, ideal for relaxation after a long day. The brunch is known for its upscale ambiance. it has a unique a la carte setup that sets it apart from typical buffet styles.
Unfortunately, the hotel can get notably loud during the Friday brunch, with rowdy crowds and music that spills past the sunset, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful stay. My room had inconsistent air conditioning, struggling to cool adequately despite assurances it was functioning. Additionally, the bathtub in the upgraded room I was moved to barely provided warm water, which was frustrating after the initial discomfort. It seemed they were slow to address these maintenance issues, which may leave some guests wanting in terms of overall comfort.

Stunning views from the lagoon-facing room.
During my three-night stay, the staff were unhelpful and rude. The coffee machine was broken, and it took forever for them to replace it, wasting my time instead of addressing the issue promptly. To top it all off, the valet staff was irritable whenever I requested my car, making the experience even worse.
